re·spon·si·bil·i·ty
/rəˌspän(t)səˈbilədē/
noun
the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone.
There are a lot of things each of us is responsible for in life. Our actions. Raising our children well. Our finances. How we treat people. Just to name a few.
BUT there are 7 things we are NOT responsible for in others:
Other people's Happiness; Let them be Unhappy!
Making people understand your Choices; Let them be confused!
Managing someone else's emotions; Let them feel how they want to feel!
Proving your Worth to others; Let them Underestimate you!
Meeting everyone's Expectations; Let them be disappointed!
Rescuing people from their Problems; Let them learn from life!
Managing everyone and everything around you; Let. Them. Be.
First of all, if you actually believe you have control over others, that's an illusion, not reality. Once a person reaches adulthood they legally have control over their own choices, as well as legally responsible for making the right choices. Even if you think they "need" you to help control their choices, do you really want to own their choices?
What I mean by "own it" is once you open your piehole and give advice you actually own the outcome, whether good or bad. I don't know about you, but I don't want any part of that!
I've got enough to control and own myself, and you should also. When you let go of the reigns you'll have more freedom and more happiness. We are all the architect of our own lives.
Celebrate your new freedom in life by making this yummy chocolate chip skillet cookie-no guilt because it's sugar-free and low-carb.

STEP 3

(I separated the dough into 2 smaller cast iron skillets and cut each into 4 wedges)
